Or Lichnos ? (Named after the verb winnow)
Locals prefer the first version though many prefer to spell it with an 'i'. But we all agree that it is one of the most gifted beaches in Greece. The whole bay is magical! It is sheltered by the winds, surrounded by rugged rocks, while an agelong olive grove reaches the sea. The beach is covered with granular sand, the water is almost always calm and warm, ideal for children and adults who love swimming.
The clear blue water invites you to swim, from one side of the gulf to the other.
On the left side we find the cave of Venus. Exploring it, can be a breathtaking experience, but a little bit scary for anyone who’s entering for the first time. This unique cave completes the magnificent topography of the bay.
But even on the right side, the beauty is not less… green slope, jagged rocks, small secluded coves. An uphill path starts here, ideal for long walks through the ancient olive grove. It leads to the chapel of St. Helena and after an hour to Parga .
This is Lichnos, loved by locals and tourists.

Theasea apartments are located 300 meters above the bay of Lichnos and they took their name from the panoramic view to the blue sea.
